Through the generosity of kindhearted donors like you, Plumas Health Care Foundation works to enhance services, purchase new equipment and ensure that quality medical care is available locally when you or your family needs it most. Thank you for supporting us as we work alongside our Hospital to provide quality healthcare to our community.

Plumas Health Care Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that accepts from individuals and corporations. Our volunteer board of directors ensure that all contributions are invested locally and are used solely for the purpose donated. Charitable contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Many ways to give:

• Cash or check
• Online
• Bequests^*
• Volunteering your time or services to events and programs
• Gifts in Honor/Memory (tribute gifts)

Bequests^*

Gifts by will are one of Plumas Health Care Foundation's (PHCF) most important sources of support. Unrestricted gifts give us the greatest flexibility to use funds where they are most needed. You may leave PHCF:

• A stated dollar amount
• A percentage of your residual estate (what remains after gifts to loved ones and expenses have been paid), or
• A specific asset, such as securities or other marketable property

How to name PHCF in your will:

Gifts by will are one of Plumas Health Care Foundation's (PHCF) most important sources of support. Unrestricted gifts give us the greatest flexibility to use funds where they are most needed. You may leave PHCF:

This sample language may be useful:
